Have you ever survived on crumbs? Holding onto every glimpse of hope for a better meal whilst eating sh*t? That was my life story.
Love No Crumbs means to love fully and wholeheartedly and never accept scraps of anything. No Crumbs. No BS.
It comes from the concept that you deserve the whole cake and the whole bakery.
It takes a look at attachment theories, addresses the impact of childhood traumas in how we show up in all areas of life and, most importantly, the journey and reflexions on finding the courage to learn how to love ourselves better.
For example, one might find that being challenged by emotionally unavailable people is very addictive. It can be like a drug. Addicted to the thrill, you would pursue again and again the comfort of familiar despair. It leads you to fall, without rest, for the most walled up individuals and feed endlessly on the scraps of attention they would throw at your hunger. In the process? you lose yourself.
That said, it isn’t anyone’s life goal to feed us. It just happens that we get unconsciously caught in this vicious circle of chasing external validations. And it expands in all areas of life: Money, Health, Love, Passion, Work, Paying it forward etc.
We settle for that job that isn't fulfilling. We accept less money as the job market "isn't what it used to be". We stay in toxic relationships (romantic or not). We indulge in addictive behaviours and habits like over-consuming alcohol and drugs as part of the start-up culture. We miss the gym, once, twice, then 3 years. We eat food that makes our skin breaks out and ignore the alarm bells rang by our bodies.
Love No Crumbs stands as a hard reminder to never settle for less than you deserve, by loving yourself fully and not accepting crumbs of affection nor recognition in relationships, work, nor from yourself.
Loving no crumbs is accepting that you are good enough. Repeat after me: I am enough. Again. And again. Positive reinforcement isn't enough if you do not learn where the negative voice in your head is coming from. And it is a journey. It is a process. And you are not alone in it.
I’m a Writer and Self-Love facilitator who guides people through the transformation of their Mindset and Lifestyle. I am passionate about helping people falling in love with themselves by way of Self-Awareness, Self-Care and Mindset transformation.
Love No Crumbs stands for the fact that we have it in us. We are whole and complete. We are deserving. And self-care is essential to living a happy, healthy life. And it is about your mind as much as it is about your body.
You deserve to Love No Crumbs and have the full cake/ the whole bakery!
The Book Love No CrumBS is a guide and shared experience to take you on a journey to become the hero of your own love story.
There is no simple framework to fall in love with yourself: to sort your life out, you have to understand how much it is worth. Self-esteem and self-love are built from within. Loving yourself isn't throwing a tantrum on Love Island, or getting a million followers. It starts by being aware of your own patterns and getting reacquainted with yourself.
We obsess about having everything figured out. But the key is in the journey itself. Many get results but remain unfulfilled: when we're too attached to the destination, we miss out on enjoying getting there. We still need a goal and direction, but it is important to cultivate the joy in every simple small thing that gets us there and that we meet along the way.
Change is a process. Change is a discipline and process that you can master with practice. Like with everything, the more you practice the transformation the more skilled you get at it. By experimenting, you learn what you love and what you do not. With practice, you learn how to set boundaries with what you do not wish to accept anymore.
